Talk about a statement. NEMO Arms has released a titanium AR chambered in .308.
The new rifle is more than just a spectacle though, it’s quite the feat of engineering. Titanium is one of the most difficult metals to work with and as such creates an expensive manufacturing process. Retailing at $95,904 it’s safe to say the [TI]ONE is not for your average gun owners.
That doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t gawk.
The build features a matched titanium receiver set, titanium customizable tube handguard, titanium picatinny rails, titanium low-pro gas block, titanium charging handle, titanium DRK compensator, titanium buffer tube, titanium bolt carrier. That’s a lot of titanium.
On top of all this titanium the build features some products that are highly desired in the AR community, such as a 4 lb. Timney trigger and a 6×48 Trijicon ACOG.
The final thing the [TI]ONE really has going for it are its striking aesthetics. It turns out that titanium is shiny and that makes for a pretty unique looking rifle. The 1/10 Twist 416 Stainless Barrel is a black nitride finish and even the bolt is nickel boron coated.
Most of us aren’t ready to fork over 95,000 for a rifle, but it doesn’t mean we can’t stop to appreciate an engineering marvel.

308 ar rifles are balanced and good looking rifle, look very similar to ar 15 rifles. AR manufacturers have developed their own 308 based rifles.
